Gear Reviews:

I've read a lot of gear reviews and none of them contained the "real-world" information that I wanted to know. So, I was left asking questions and still unsure about how the item would perform. 

For instance: If a light says it has "500 Lumens" what does that really mean? Would I be comfortable using a light that produced 500 lumens as a primary dive light during a night dive or would I just be wishing I had something more powerful? So, I'm going to try and put together a gear review section where divers can find the truth about gear, the good, the bad and the ugly. So, keep checking back here as things will be updated as I make arrangements for gear demos.
